DELIVERY options of various files to MAXXIbinder


Maxxibinder continually invests in the latest Apple computers and graphics software, which means that we can always process the MAC files you send us. Maxxibinder has working drawings of all kinds of products that can be used for the measurement and is also extremely convenient in the design of your product to verify positions. With the use of our design work, you never see text under rivets! You receive our working drawings when placing your order.

WORK ACCORDING TO OUR WORKFLOW AND DELIVER THE PERFECT FILES:


We follow a standardised certified PDF workflow, this means is that we also love to PDF files you receive. Our approach might help you:

  • Create a document in Indesign with the maximum size (outer magenta line) of our design work (this is the broadsheet format of the product wrapped round + any).
  • Place our work 100% on drawing your design. Because our work drawing SPOT colours (and final dimension) has will never "accidentally" be meegedrukt. Set this layer Indesign locked!
  • Create a new layer below the previous layer and create your design.
  • Make the Indesign file a Certified PDF sheetspothighres according to the Ghent Workgroup.

ATTENTION PER PROGRAM:

ADOBE ACROBAT: .PDF


When using Acrobat, it is important the following points be observed:

  • Certified PDF delivery is no problem if you use the profiles KVGO sheetfed offset (CMYK or spot) or the profiles of the Ghent PDF Workgroup (or SheetCMYK SheetSpotHiRes).
  • Your PDF file at any time by us with the above profiles similar size and checked if your PDF file contains errors generated by Acrobat, we will report you send to help you solve the problem.

ADOBE INDESIGN: OPEN FILES


When using InDesign, it is important the following points be observed:

  • Imported images always springs ax.

  • If the print will be printed in CMYK format all colors to CMYK, including the used pictures and illustrations.
  • When printing what will be printed in PMS colors no different PMS color code are used interchangeably (eg PMS 280c, 280 or 280 cv cvc).
  • If you are in the format using gradients, it may not be created within InDesign, you should make this in Photoshop or Illustrator éventuel.

ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR: .EPS


When using Adobe Illustrator, it is important the following points be observed:

  • If the print in CMYK am happy to check out all colors are CMYK and also convert any RGB files.

ADOBE PHOTOSHOP: .PSD


When using photoshop it is important to observe following points:

GENERAL COMMENTS:
